User Submissions and Paid Listings
Signed-in users may submit their own products for listing on SoFarBot. By submitting, you agree to the following:
- You grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide license to display, edit, translate and adapt the submitted content (including name, logo and description) for the purpose of creating and publishing the listing.
- All submissions are reviewed by our editors. We may approve, reject or request changes at our sole discretion, and listing is not guaranteed.
- You warrant that you own or are authorized to submit the product, and that the information provided is accurate, lawful and does not infringe any third-party rights.
- We may remove or unpublish any listing that violates these terms, becomes inaccurate, or is reported as infringing, without prior notice.
Paid listing options (fast-track and featured) are one-time service fees. If a paid submission is rejected during review, the payment is refunded in full to the original payment method. Once a paid submission is approved and published, the fee is non-refundable, including cases where the listing is later removed for violating these terms.

Our services are provided on an "as is" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of the services.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental or consequential damages.
